Does my product need to pass all tests to get a Verified page? ›
Your product page displays actual results — pass or fail. We don't hide failures; we show consumers the real data. If a batch fails, the page shows which tests failed and you can archive that batch or submit a corrected one. Transparency is the point.
What tests are required to get the Prodigy Verified badge? ›
Minimum requirements depend on your product type. Supplements typically require heavy metals (ICP-MS), microbial (USP 61/62), and identity confirmation. Peptide products require HPLC purity and LCMS molecular weight. Use our Label Compliance Checker to see what your product needs.
Can I use Prodigy Labs for testing if I already have my own lab? ›
Prodigy Verified requires third-party testing completed by Prodigy Labs. This is what makes the badge meaningful — it's an independent accredited lab, not self-testing. However, you can supplement with your internal QC and we'll note both in your COA package.
How long does it take from submitting samples to getting a live page? ›
Standard testing turnaround is 5–10 business days depending on the test panel. Rush processing (48–72 hr) is available for most tests. Once results are finalized, your verified page goes live within 24 hours.
What does the embeddable badge look like, and where can I use it? ›
The badge is a small HTML widget (or PNG) that links to your verified product page. Use it on your DTC website, Amazon listing images, product packaging (with QR code), and email campaigns. We provide implementation code for Shopify, WooCommerce, and raw HTML.
